How do the rentals work?
All sign rentals are delivered by our staff and setup on your lawn on the day you decide. Our staff will return at the end of the rental period and take down the signs. We take care of everything. All you have to do is celebrate and take pictures.
Do we keep the personalized keepsake sign?
All birth announcement sign rentals have a personalized keepsake sign included. When our staff returns to pickup the sign rentals they will leave the personalized keepsake sign at the front door.
What if the sign rentals are not setup in the right spot?
If you would like the signs moved to a different location on the property, please call us and our staff will come and move the signs. We do ask that you do not move them yourself. Any damage caused may result in a replacement fee.
What if the signs get damaged or blow away?
We do ask that you keep an eye on the signs during the rental period and call us if you think there is a problem. Any intentional or reckless damage to the sign rentals will result in a replacement fee.
When do I need to place my order for a new baby?
You can place your order at any time. We can take your order and reserve the birth announcment for you weeks before the due date. Then when the baby is born you can just call, text, or email the babies personal information and the date you want the signs delivered. We will take care of everything for you.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver everyday of the week including weekends. Most birth announcments are delivered before noon. Let us know and we will install before the baby comes home.
What if we want a birth announcment but dont want the babies personal information displayed?
We are ready to help. We offer our birth announcment sign rentals with a generic plaque. We will also make a personalized plaque for you to keep and leave it at the door step when we setup the signs. We can also customize the personalized plaque to have only the information you want displayed, such as only the name or just the name and date. Let us know and we will be happy to help.
Can I place an rental order for the same day online?
Yes rental orders can be placed online for the same day, but please just message us either in the chat box, text us @ 631-480-8899 or email us to confirm staff is available.
